Merci, Paris {interiors}

After walking for what seemed like miles and miles through the tiny streets of La Marais I finally found my destination. Merci at 111 boulevard Beaumarchais Paris is a concept store that is definitely worth a visit. Make sure you allow plenty of time to enjoy the fabulous interiors in the upstairs loft, the wall to wall books, clothing and funky accessories. You can even buy kitchen accessories and candles downstairs and stop for lunch. It was such a cool place to spend the afternoon, browsing each floor looking for fabulous eat, reads and loves.  I went absolutely crazy over the lighting and decor on the top floor and would have loved to ship everything home. Sigh. Oh and if you feel a little weary from all the excitement, the ground floor has a narrow little bookshop cafe - super friendly service, fresh minted water and cafe creme surrounded by walls of second hand French books and gorgeous chandeliers. I am told some of the profits go to charity too. The perfect place to spend a Paris afternoon. MERCI MERCI x x x
