I have worked with Mario and Liz Karam from Mario's Kitchen on many fabulous events including my very own eat read love Pop Up Dinner series and more recently for the many Kinfolk Events we have hosted together in Sydney. From my very first pop up dinner of five in a little sandstone apartment at Balmain Wharf to a very long table of 60 for our recent Kinfolk Sydney event, whether intimate and cosy or big and bold Mario is definitely the man you need to cater for your next event. Inspired by Lebanese heritage and traditional family cooking, Mario believes that great food is all about discovery and adventure and is not afraid to develop new tastes and textures and experiment with new flavours and ingredients. And of course uses the freshest produce and premium local suppliers. 

Mario can cater for large weddings and launch events, media launches, photo shoots, corporate catering and will even cater for an intimate dinner for two, and will work on an amazing bespoke menu for you. From a feasting table, an afternoon tea or a three course sit down dinner nothing is a challenge for Mario and every single time the food tastes amazing and is always so beautifully presented. Oh and apart from the cooking Mario is genuinely one of the nicest guys around and loves working with passionate foodies and inspired people to create something really really special for you. 

Mario has recently launched a new blog to share some of his favourite recipes with you. A special favourite of mine is the Rose and Almond rice pudding that we had at the Kinfolk Sydney event in Glenmore House. Just divine.
