Byron Bay Fashion with Lisa's Closet

Byron Bay Fashion Designer Lisa Wright, designer and founder of Lisa’s Closet Byron Bay popped in to visit us at Villa Sungai recently to shoot her latest collection of luxury silk kimonos. Lisa’s Closet is based in Byron Bay and Lisa created here signature Angel Wing Kimono after a visit to Bali in 2010. Lisa’s vision is to create exquisite hand crafted pieces that exist only behind a story of ethics. Recognised for her original designs and Bohemian flair, the kimonos are produced by hand using ancient Batik hand painting methods. The traditional process of the clothing is a ‘labor of love’ and a beautiful hand crafted journey that transcends to the wearer.  Passionate Byron Bay Fashion designer Lisa has such a beautiful and kind spirit that it is no wonder this is reflected in her gorgeous designs and we loved meeting her and wearing her gorgeous Silk Kimonos. 

It was such a pleasure hosting Lisa for the day at Villa Sungai during our blogger retreat, to shoot the new collection and we were thrilled that Lisa stayed on to join us for the inaugural eat read love pop up dinner at Villa Sungai. We can’t wait to see Lisa again and her beautiful new designs.
