Kasia’s fell in love with yoga and Pilate's more than 10 years ago. That passion has continued to grow, inspiring her to become both a yoga and a Pilate's teacher. With a love for all things natural,she has embarked on a lifelong journey to learn and live a healthy life. Her mission is to share, inspire, and give individuals the tools to make informed choices in their life.
Danielle Klye, Yoga & Mediation

Kath is a qualified raw food chef and founder of D-Vine by Nature catering, a massage therapist and yoga instructor with a degree in marketing and a Masters in sustainable business practice. Kath has worked in various capacities spans from yachts and wineries, and has nearly 10 years experience working at award winning luxury retreats. Her ambition to change peoples’ way of thinking about food, is reflected in the way she tactfully creates new recipes. Kath is passionate about sharing her knowledge to allow people to make informed decisions about health through nutrition, yoga and mindfulness.
