love: beach & blooms are two things that always make me smile. Pink and purple sweet peas, tulips, and freesia's fresh from my beautiful local florist In Bud. (right next door to ham cafe - new post on that next week!). Oh and the perfect way to de-stress...a walk along the beach if you can find the time. Love these wildflowers popping up along The Esplanade. Spring is definitely in the air and I am loving it! 

Take some time to 'smell the roses' this week.
