Happy Valentines Day to you

Happy Valentines Day to all of the lovers out there. 

Valentines Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine is finally here tomorrow, and celebrated around the world on February 14. The day was first associated with romantic love in the middle ages, and evolved in the 18th century England where lovers expressed their love for each other by sending flowers, offering sweets and sending Valentines cards.

So how do you like to celebrate Valentines Day? I must admit is not something I normally celebrate too much. We tend to celebrate our wedding anniversaries and special Birthdays a lot more in our family, but doing the Happy Valentines Day thing...not so much. But for those romantics at heart who do like to celebrate Happy Valentines Day and spoil loved ones with a few surprises, I have recently put a few ideas together over on the Villa Sungai blog that I thought you might like. It doesn't need to cost to much either. In fact the simpler and more heartfelt the better I think. Perhaps a picnic for two on the beach or a 'romantic breakfast in bed…. either way I hope you have fun!
