Dreaming of Summer? Bannisters by The Sea Launches Sister Property – the Brand New Boutique Hotel Bannisters Pavilion in Mollymook on the NSW South
Coast.
It is almost time
to kick off the heels and turn of the phone for our annual South Coast
adventure. I can almost feel the sand between my toes, dreaming of swimming in
crystal clear blue water, beach hamburgers, ice creams and cocktails at Bannisters
of course! Christmas time to me is always synonymous with the NSW South Coast,
camping with lifelong friends and many family holidays in Mollymook. After
spending the past ten Christmas holidays here it is so comforting to see the
places you know and love remain the same, while cool new places continue to pop
up as the area evolves. Whether it be a new cafe or wine bar in Milton, or a contemporary
new pool bar in Mollymook, change is inevitable and welcome. And
Bannisters has always been leading the game when it comes to style
and luxury on the South Coast.
The ever evolving Bannisters by The Sea in Mollymook is one of those places we visit time and time again. Bannisters
is a unique boutique hotel with a wonderful cliff top location above the
beautiful Mollymook Beach on the NSW South Coast. Fantastic sea views, luxury
accommodation, the acclaimed and fully licensed Rick Stein at Bannisters
Restaurant, an in-house day spa and a pool and cocktail bar set around a
wet-edge infinity pool. Bannisters has 32 refurbished, beautifully appointed
rooms, including Spa rooms, Luxury Suites, Penthouses and the newly refurbished Collette
Dinnigan Penthouse Suites, each boasting a private balcony and spectacular views. It is a special
place for my family. My husband and I celebrated our engagement here, planned our
wedding and got married here surrounded by our nearest and dearest, and most
recently celebrated our ten-year wedding anniversary.
I will be sure to share a few of my South Coast finds on Instagram during the holiday break, (that is if I can find my
phone!) Until then, I hope you all have a lovely Christmas holiday break. And
if not, I do hope that you get to enjoy a few days of relaxation in your home
town. Stay-cations are pretty good too.
